Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of the Salesforce Auto Cloud implementation
Build and maintain the work breakdown structure, deployment plan, and communication plan
Re-establish project baselines and align stakeholders across operations, product, finance, and leadership
Enforce scope control and formal change management processes
Drive readiness for go‑live and hyper care
Support and coach teams on PM methodology and hold all parties accountable to commitments and timelines
Provide clear communication, risk management, and consistent project governance
Qualification
Required
8+ years of proven experience managing complex, cross-functional software or Salesforce implementations (Salesforce is NOT required, but a plus)
Strong command of and proven experience with project management methodology and structured execution
Ability to bring stability and leadership to shifting, high-pressure environments, and stakeholders
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to hold the line on scope, manage expectations and future backlog, and ensure on-time delivery per the plan
Must work onsite daily
