Supply/Logistics Analyst (Ground Weapons System)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Logistics Product Data (LPD) to support GWS provisioning and sustainment requirements Coordinate with ILS, Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, Technical Publications, and Government Provisioners
Interpret engineering technical drawings, maintenance concepts, and provisioning documentation
Support inventory control, material tracking, and depot-level logistics activities
Analyze supply data related to inventory levels, demand planning, and material usage
Utilize ERP and logistics management systems to support supply chain operations
Participate in cross-functional reviews to ensure logistics requirements align with program objectives

Required

U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret security clearance required
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (OR Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience/High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, or a similar function supporting depot-level operations
Experience working with inventory management systems, ERP software, or logistics management tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with supply chain management principles, stock control, and material handling processes
Ability to interpret and analyze data related to inventory levels, demand planning, and material usage

Preferred

3+ years of experience in a government, depot, or defense contractor logistics environment
Familiarity with DoD supply support policies and MIL-STD requirements
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Or other Logistics-related certifications (e.g., DoD Fundamentals of Total Asset Visibility)
Experience with SAP, Oracle, SQL, or similar logistics and inventory management systems
Knowledge of predictive analytics or demand forecasting methodologies
