Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Drive pipeline growth to maximize sales capacity and meet/exceed company targets
Source, vet, and qualify high-potential clients to create a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
Engage senior decision-makers through strategic outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
Ensure a seamless transition handoff process between Sales Development (You) and Sales Executives to maximize closing probabilities
Utilize reporting and dashboarding capabilities to communicate results to the rest of the organization and track performance and productivity KPIs. (i.e., Salesforce, Gong)
Identify sales collateral and content needs to improve lead open, response, and engagement rates
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Development in technology B2B Sales in Fintech, Gaming (sportsbetting or casino), or Payments industry required
Ability to sell yourself
A proven track record of successful sales pipeline development through both outbound and inbound
Experience in closing roles is a plus
A proven track record of being a hustler and a go-getter (i.e., you want to make a name for yourself and you are money motivated)
A can-do attitude and ability to work cross-functionally to drive results
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to communicate clearly and directly by providing accurate information and being data-driven
Preferred
Bonus points for SFDC, Gong, Zoominfo, and Linkedin Navigator proficiency
Any Online Gaming or Financial Tech Experience
