They are seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Engineer to oversee the quality operations for the Mesa Chiller production site, ensuring that products meet quality standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities
Overseeing the quality of raw materials, packaging and finished products
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and monitor their effectiveness. Enforce safety regulation and promote a safe working environment
Analyze quality data collected from inspections to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions
Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly, including identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders
Communicate quality concerns to team, address customer complaints, and work to prevent future quality issues
Maintain detailed records of quality inspection results, non-conformances, corrective actions, and other quality metrics
Create quality documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
Proven experience in data analysis and problem-solving
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in the manufacturing environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
