Responsibilities
Develop autonomous context aware and multiagent systems capable of reasoning planning and tool utilization
Build and optimize RAG pipelines including chunking embeddings vector search and reranking to improve agent accuracy
Use frameworks like Lang Chain Lang Graph or Auto-Gen to create reusable agentic components and skills
Deploy agentic AI solutions to cloud platforms AWS GCP ensuring scalability reliability and low latency
Implement evaluation pipelines for agent performance and refine prompts or finetune models to enhance decision-making
Work with cross functional teams Product Data Engineering to translate complex business needs into autonomous workflows
Qualification
Required
7 - 10 Years of experience in AI/GenAI Research
Experience with LLMs, RAG, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Auto Gen
Strong Python skills for data manipulation and model development
Experience with CICD, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with Cloud Services AWS or GCP or Azure
3 years in ML engineering specifically with LLMs agents or complex automation
Proficiency in Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, Hugging Face and Vector Databases eg Pinecone Milvus
BS or MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
