The intern will assist in organizing the event by recruiting restaurants, developing promotional materials, managing social media, and reporting on the event's impact.

Responsibilities
Recruit local restaurants to participate in Athens Restaurant Week (at no cost to the restaurants!)
Gather menus, photo/video assets, and event details from participating restaurants
Ensure all information is accurately entered into a CRM database and displayed on the event website
Assist with the development of promotional materials to attract event goers
Help manage social media content leading up to and during the event
Assist with media relations to secure event coverage
Report on the results and impact of the event after it concludes
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
A reliable self-starter with great attention to detail and a creative flair
Strong interest in event planning, marketing, and content creation
Great communication and organizational skills
A passion for Athens and local businesses
Successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check
