Manufacturing Test Infrastructure Engineer

The Manufacturing Test Infrastructure Engineer will be a key contributor in deploying manufacturing test strategies for optical transceiver products, engaging with vendors, and maintaining production test stations.

Responsibilities
Layout, build, and maintenance of production test stations, onsite factory training
Create and maintain test station schematics and BOMs
Troubleshooting hardware setups and electronic circuits
Lab asset management including equipment calibration cycles
Engage with vendors on equipment quotations and purchasing
Qualification
Required
2-Year Technology degree in Electronics or other relevant focus area
At least two years of relevant manufacturing industry experience
Experience in building and deployment of manufacturing test stations and infrastructure
Experience with rack-mounted test equipment including communication protocols for automated control
Ability to communicate and develop relationships with equipment vendors and internal logistics partners
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant major
Experience in high volume offshore manufacturing with focus in Optics, RF and/or electronic testing
Familiarity with revision control platforms and systems such as Agile or Omnify
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing workflows, GR&R, SPC, and process control-related statistical analysis
Experience with test, deployment, and troubleshooting of manufacturing evaluation platforms
