Responsibilities
Respond to membership inquiries and general questions from members and guests (in person, by phone, and via email)
Prepare and distribute communications, newsletters, and announcements to the membership
Assist with membership applications, renewals, and records management
Provide administrative support to the Club Secretary and General Manager
Maintain organized files and a professional office environment
Assist with club meetings, events, and occasional weekend or holiday functions
Qualification
Required
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a hospitality-focused attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Teams)
Excellent organization and mindfulness
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a small team setting
Preferred
Prior experience in a private club, hospitality, or administrative role
