Responsibilities
Preparing, reviewing, and organizing billing-related data for submission to accounting
Supporting the identification and resolution of billing discrepancies and data issues
Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of billing information across internal systems
Assisting with reconciliation of attorney time, fees, and related billing data
Working closely with attorneys and internal teams to clarify billing questions and correct data issues
Following up on missing or unclear billing information
Maintaining organized billing records and documentation
Assisting with billing workflow improvements and process organization
Supporting additional accounting or operations-related projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort working with financial data, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional environment
Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with attorneys and internal teams
Preferred
Mandarin language proficiency (preferred; helpful for EB-5 related work)
Internship, academic, or entry-level exposure to billing, accounting, or audits
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Interest in professional services, legal, or accounting operations environments
