Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud environments at enterprise scale, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance
Support Jira Cloud preparation and migration activities, including data validation, configuration alignment, and post‑migration troubleshooting
Manage enterprise‑level integrations such as Jira–GitHub, while maintaining both front‑end and back‑end system functionality
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Linux systems, Java components, and SQL/Oracle databases
Maintain and enhance automation, scripts, and orchestration processes to improve system efficiency and reliability
Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating engineering concepts into clear guidance and providing customer‑focused support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
6–8 years of experience in enterprise‑level system administration, including 5+ years with Jira Data Center and 2+ years with Jira Cloud
Strong hands‑on expertise in Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud administration, including cloud migration, integrations (e.g., Jira–GitHub), and troubleshooting across front‑end and back‑end systems
Proficiency in RedHat Linux, Java, and scripting, with solid knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases and enterprise tooling ecosystems
