Responsibilities
Support of going Digitial (Digi@566) at MB Vans Charleston. Digitalize and automate processes in our production and administrative areas to improve efficiency, data accuracy, etc
Development and maintenance of PowerBI reports for Business Departments
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports by validating data sources and calculations
Support the development and implementation of automation workflows to streamline data processing and reporting tasks
Test and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure reliability and efficiency
Consult with internal business partners to collect demands and translate into business use cases. Assist with testing
Assist with leading Sprint Plans / Daily Scrum Stand-up
Support the IT Demand Management
Support IT Operations and Processes
Scripting (Powershell, Javascript, etc.)
Support IT Documentation
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma
Working towards a 4 year degree or having graduated within the past 12 months in IT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent) is required to participate in the intern program
Applicants should be eager, driven, focused, hard-working individuals that are ready to assist a growing company with heavy production demands
He or she should be willing to learn and be taught skills from experienced members of the team
The individual should be self-motivated and interested in adding value and making a difference within an organization
Preferred
MS Office 365 knowledge is preferred
MS Power Platform, SQL, ASP.NET/C# is preferred
Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree
A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
Preferable availability for 6 months
