Responsibilities
Own the overall quality process across raw materials, in-process work, and finished systems
Maintain quality checkpoints and drive improvement programs to reduce rework and errors
Lead corrective action investigations using field reports, audits, and internal feedback
Participate in customer visits for on-site quality reviews and resolution
Oversee supplier quality and collaborate with vendors to address quality issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Certified Quality Engineer/Technician credential
3+ years of quality engineering or related experience
Strong ability to interpret technical documents, standards, and test data
Clear communication skills for working with managers, engineers, customers, and suppliers
