Responsibilities
Develop and implement empirical analyses related to consumer behavior, product usage, market structure, and alleged economic harm
Build damages models, including overcharge, benefit‑of‑the‑bargain, and restitution frameworks
Conduct statistical and econometric analyses using large and complex datasets
Design, field, and analyze surveys and experiments
Draft expert report sections, memos, and client-facing materials
Support testifying experts in preparing testimony and regulatory submissions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across EDI, including antitrust, labor, and securities
Present analytical findings clearly to internal teams and external stakeholder
Qualification
Required
Graduate degree in economics, marketing, or related subjects from a reputable university
Minimum eight (8+) years of experience in economic and litigation consulting
Strong background in microeconomics, industrial organization, applied econometrics, or consumer behavior
Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and statistical programming (Stata, R, Python, or similar)
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys and experiments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis into clear narratives
Desire to work within a team environment
Demonstrate an interest in generating business and becoming known in the marketplace as an Expert in their field
