Responsibilities
Collaborating with leadership and national/center departments on business development and other strategic or tactical initiatives
Identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and supporting data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance
Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and internal teams to translate project and business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables
Supporting the effective use of agile and hybrid project management approaches across small to large-scale initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of experience providing administrative and technical support to management-level staff
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
Exceptional written/oral communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player/Servant Leader attitude and outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels and diverse groups within, and outside of, the organization
Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing, storytelling and a willingness to learn from others
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Strong proficiency with word processing, database management and presentation software. (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and Word)

Preferred
Three years' experience preferred; Experience in behavioral health, healthcare and/or a nonprofit setting is a plus
MBA preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
