Responsibilities
Independently conduct more complex data analysis, data validation, data issue resolution and data support functions in the Specialty Services Data Section (SSDS) to support the Integrated Systems of Care Divisions (ISCD) waivers and programs
Ongoing data system and data analysis to support ISCD's programs and waivers in accordance with the DHCS' specifications and requirements
Perform a broad range of data collection, analysis, research, and quality assurance activities, and is responsible for all state and federal reporting requirements across all programs and federal waivers to support the ISCD
Qualification
Required
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov. All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position

Preferred
Strong work ethic
Knowledge of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) 1915(c) waivers and programs
Knowledge of the California Children Services (CCS) program
Knowledge of health care data
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Business Objects
Experience leading large projects
