Responsibilities
Examine contract documents, specifications, drawings, and submittals for compliance and constructability
Apply the 3-Phase QC approach (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-up) and create detailed installation checklists for field teams
Conduct thorough field inspections, manage quality and commissioning punch lists, and collaborate with GC/Owner to resolve issues
Collect and analyze quality data for continuous improvement, participate in safety and project meetings, and communicate requirements to the project team
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in a technical discipline or relevant experience
At least 4 years of hands on experience in construction, estimation, and/or quality control activities
Ability to obtain electrical journeyman license within 6 months of starting
US Citizenship with valid passport is required
