Responsibilities
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients through regular communication and regular connect by being onsite at least 3 days a week
Responsible for the overall P&L of the allocated portfolio of accounts
Ensure that the delivery teams are carrying out regular MBR/QBR and actions are being tracked
Understand client feedback and ensure that the feedbacks are incorporated in the engagements by delivery teams
Build strong rapport with the customer stakeholders and understand their strategies and key investment areas
Create account plans to align with the customer priorities
Ensure all SoW/PO are properly followed up for signatures
Become single point of contact for all contractual & commercial discussions with the customer stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong experience of working in Technology sector with over $30 Mn budget
10+ Years of experience in Customer Management roles
Should have strong experience of working with SaaS companies or SaaS platforms
Graduate/Post Graduate Qualification
Strong track record of managing programs and portfolio
Demonstrated portfolio growth with improved profitability
Preferred
Understanding of latest Technology Domains and GenAI/ML will be added advantage
