The Boeing Company is seeking Equipment Maintenance Specialists to support their Production Equipment Maintenance Team in West Jordan, Utah and Salt Lake City, Utah. The role involves performing maintenance on factory equipment, troubleshooting and repairing machinery, and managing inventory of components and parts.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance on factory equipment

Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Uses and interprets advanced blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment

Responds to requests for equipment repair

Maintains and manages component and replacement part inventories

Works under limited supervision

Required

3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance

1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)

1+ years experience using electrical test equipment and precision measurement tools

Preferred

3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in troubleshooting and operating PLCs

3+ years of experience working with Digital Volt Meters (DVM), Oscilloscopes, AC/DC Power supplies, Frequency Generators, and/or Power Meters
