Responsibilities
Lead and scale agile transformation initiatives across multiple pods and complex programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy, business priorities, and technical architecture
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives; ensure portfolio alignment and advanced Jira governance
Design, implement, and sustain advanced continuous improvement frameworks; mentor teams in maturity and performance optimization
Proactively identify, assess, and manage enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints; drive mitigation strategies
Establish and maintain executive-level dashboards and data-driven performance insights; ensure accuracy and transparency of reporting
Serve as a strategic advisor to Product, Technology, and Business leaders; influence prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery outcomes
Facilitate and oversee complex planning cycles, sprint reviews, and delivery cadences; remove systemic impediments; ensure achievement of strategic and portfolio-level milestones
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams; facilitate feedback loops; identify and implement process enhancements
Identify, manage, and resolve enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints; proactively develop and execute mitigation strategies
Develop, maintain, and analyze executive-level dashboards and performance metrics using Jira, Confluence, and related tools to support data-driven decision-making
Partner with Product, Technology, and Business leadership to align priorities, capacity, and delivery outcomes; ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in agile project management or a related field
Strong background using Project/Work Management application: Jira/Confluence
Strong facilitation skills
Strong attention to detail
Stakeholder management skills
Organizational coaching skills
Proficiency in agile tools; Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership
Ability to work independently
Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
Travel 10%, as needed
Preferred
Advanced CSM, PSM III, SAFe SPC, or ICAgile Agile Coach certifications
