Responsibilities

Identify ideal roadmap opportunities for a business and define new products and platforms based on market opportunity
Leverage strong technical knowledge of existing portfolio and engage with customers to translate their requirements into technical specifications
Partner closely with marketing and applications engineers, as well as design teams, to ensure roadmap meets customer and market requirements and is technically optimized and manufacturable
Test and validate products in laboratory environments

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
4+ years of relevant experience in PLL and clocking products design, applications support, or systems
Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs and their applications
Experience promoting/marketing ICs and driving design wins by providing system solutions
Strong customer-facing skills and ability to maintain customer relationships
Proficiency with lab equipment and RF test equipment
System-level circuit modeling with EDA tools, SPICE, and MATLAB
Board-level RF/digital circuit design experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic software skills in major programming languages (C/C++, VB, Python, C#, etc.)
Ability to create schematics using Altium or similar CAD programs
US citizenship or US green card (US national) required

Preferred

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering
PLL and clocking background with enterprise and communications market understanding
Experience with high-speed clocking and RF systems and circuits
Experience in relevant market segments (Telecommunications, Aerospace and Defense, Test and Measurement, Medical)
Board-level bring-up, debug, and test experience in RF hardware
PCB design experience with parasitic analysis
Advanced software skills in Python or equivalent programming language
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong time management skills enabling on-time project delivery
Experience establishing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
