Responsibilities
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multi-discipline technical projects across networking, voice, RF, WiFi, SATCOM, and A/V in mission-critical federal environments
Drive Agile planning, execution tracking, and delivery cadence to ensure predictable and timely outcomes
Coordinate contractor and Government stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables with disciplined follow-through and accountability
Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical teams and senior Government stakeholders
Ensure teams are properly staffed, aligned, and executing against mission priorities
Operate as a hands-on leader who drives results without waiting for direction and can contribute immediately
Build and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical credibility and execution excellence
Apply creativity and practical problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions aligned to customer needs
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required
Possess DoD 8140 certification for 802 IT Project Manager, such as Security+, SSCP, CAP, or GSLC
8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years managing infrastructure or systems integration projects involving complex, multi-technology environments
Demonstrated experience managing and integrating WiFi, networking, voice, SATCOM, RF, and A/V systems across cross-functional technical teams
Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical environment
Extensive experience with project management software for tracking tasks, dependencies, resource allocation, and schedules
Project management tooling used as the primary execution mechanism
Demonstrated ability to support up to five concurrent major efforts simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements
