Responsibilities

Assist the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle with administrative tasks and documentation
Prepare, refine, and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
Track opportunities, renewals, and customer updates within the CRM
Support lead intake by capturing qualification notes and routing follow-ups appropriately
Help organize outreach lists, follow-up workflows, and light sales campaign support
Actively perform hands-on sales outreach and follow-up, including email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and occasional on-site contact
Obtain, review, and compare vendor pricing and product information
Prepare accurate customer quotes aligned with Logical Front’s standards and CSP offerings
Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure pricing and product information is up to date
Schedule and coordinate meetings for sales, leadership, and project teams
Ensure meeting logistics are clear and well-organized
Help with Account Plans, send reminders or pre-meeting materials as needed
Maintain accurate, complete records for customers, prospects, and vendors
Ensure all documentation, quotes, communication history, and files are current and consistent
Help identify and correct data gaps or process inconsistencies
Coordinate client-facing and internal projects by managing tasks to help keep initiatives on track
Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and follow-up activities with task status, progress updates, and deadlines between internal teams, vendors, and client
Ensure action items, and project documents are accurately captured and organized
Help maintain clarity across teams by communicating updates, dependencies, and next steps
Support project kickoff preparation and documentation as needed
Maintain Logical Front’s participation in TIPS, TAPS, public-sector contracts, and vendor contract programs
Track renewals, requirements, compliance obligations, and documentation
Prepare and submit required forms, updates, and contract renewals
Ensure pricing, product lists, and contract data are up to date and accessible
Support contract-related quoting and documentation for the sales team
Provide administrative assistance to leadership and internal teams
Prepare documents, communications, and internal materials as needed
Support internal projects, reporting, onboarding tasks, and process improvements

Required

2+ years of administrative, sales support, or coordination experience
2+ years of direct sales experience in the technology sector
Strong organizational skills and disciplined time management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage confidential information and work independently

Preferred

Experience in IT, cloud services, MSP/CSP operations, or technology-focused sales support
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, M365, or CSP licensing workflows
Experience preparing quotes, proposals, or customer-facing documentation
Ability to improve processes, workflows, and documentation
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
