Take the IT support engineering requirement and put into the documents
Utilize ASANA, Lucid Chart, and M365 documentation
No direct access to Service Now, but may see mock-ups
30% meeting stakeholders
70% create documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 yrs experience in this field
Skills in business process mapping
Ability to turn and translate into layman's terms to Engineers
Good verbal communication/probing
Preferred
Knowledge of IT service management
Familiar with Lucid chart
Schedule flexibility – no graveyard/ past midnight
