Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional on-site technical support across multiple locations, addressing hardware and software issues promptly
Provide VIP-level customer service, ensuring a professional and personable interaction with all users
Manage and troubleshoot mobile devices, network connections, and telecom systems effectively
Conduct data migrations, restorations, and re-imaging of computers as needed
Utilize Microsoft 365 and other software to assist users with technical inquiries and issues
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting for both Windows and Mac systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability to changing situations
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow and Ivanti for ticketing and support management
Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
Knowledge of basic hardware, network, and telecom troubleshooting
Experience working in a large organizational structure is a plus
