Responsibilities
Collaborate with the development team to build and enhance web applications using C#, Blazor, and/or Razor
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our CRM system and related internal tools
Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component libraries such as MudBlazor
Use Git for version control, collaboration, and code reviews
Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and responsiveness
Help document features and code where needed
Stay current with modern .NET and web development practices and tools
Qualification
Required
Junior-level experience in C# and .NET (professional experience or strong academic/personal projects)
Experience with Blazor and/or Razor (Blazor Server, Blazor WebAssembly, MVC, or Razor Pages)
Basic proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; MudBlazor experience is a plus
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
Understanding of core software development principles (clean code, reusability, maintainability)
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Effective communication and ability to work well within a team
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks
Must live locally and be able to work on-site full time
