Program Manager, Cardiovascular Tech Apprenticeships

Responsibilities
Develop curriculum for invasive Cardiovascular Tech apprentices, so they may prepare to write the RCIS board exam and successfully integrate into the lab
Oversee the didactic and clinical education for invasive cardiovascular technology apprentices
Work directly with the invasive cardiovascular labs to develop competencies for CVT apprentices
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in CVT or healthcare related field
Five (5) years of Cardiovascular Technologist work experience in a Cardiovascular Laboratory
RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Interventional Specialist) Certification
BLS certification
ACLS certification
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in CVT or healthcare related field
Ten (10) years or more years of progressively responsible experience in the Cardiovascular Lab
American Registry of Radiologic Technicians ARRT (RT) with Wisconsin Imaging License
