Responsibilities
Facilitate - Learn the pipeline and workflow. Understand the various stages of production. Work with our teams to help them do their jobs as efficiently as possible
Deliver - Track deadlines delivering quality products on time by coordinating the moving pieces ensuring all parties are equipped with what they need to get their jobs done
Maintain Order - Learn and maintain the various systems we use to catalogue and archive files and associated content
Create Systems - Find ways to improve what we do by analyzing our procedures for failure points/slowdowns and build systems that make our organization stronger
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal skills
Experienced communicator
Experience in a creative production environment
Art/Film/Gaming/Creative background and/or degree
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of Production Management solutions like Kitsu, Shotgrid, FTrack, or similar
Enjoys repetitive tasks
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel or equivalent software
Python/Scripting knowledge is a plus
US citizenship required
