Lead through systems: Maintain and build on Standard Operating Procedures and workflows that drive the business forward

Keep 'how we do things' clear and documented, ensuring the strength of our systems defines the agent experience
Be comfortable standing in front of the room, presenting to groups, and leading agent discussions
Act as a leader who is both coachable and able to coach others, helping agents utilize our systems to grow their businesses
Support systems and events that help attract agents aligned with our culture, ensuring growth is intentional and well-run
Manage brokerage social media systems and execution
Showcase the energy, professionalism, and personality of the brokerage through consistent, high-quality standards

Required
