Responsibilities
Build and own the product vision and long‑term roadmap for FSMA‑aligned digital supply chain capabilities
Translate complex regulatory requirements—such as enhanced traceability and recordkeeping—into actionable product strategies
Lead full lifecycle product delivery: discovery, development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure, scalable, interoperable solutions
Guide change management, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise communication
Define performance KPIs and leverage insights to improve compliance, operational efficiency, and customer experience
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in product management or enterprise IT, ideally within digital supply chain environments
Strong understanding of regulatory or compliance‑driven product work (FSMA/FDA experience is a plus)
Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including influencing senior leadership
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly cross‑functional environment
This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards
