Staff Project Manager, Core Equipment Engineering

Responsibilities
Own the Project Intake process: vetting requests, defining scope, and aligning stakeholder expectations
Enforce compliance with the Product Development Process (PDP), ensuring all design reviews and safety gates are met
Support the engineering team in strategic purchasing—managing long-lead items and vendor relationships to keep the build on schedule
Translate technical milestones into clear executive updates, managing the budget and timeline
Qualification
Required
Experience in a 'Design-Build' environment rather than just software PM-ing
High proficiency in project management systems and project management software (Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project)
The ability to speak 'Engineer,' 'Technician,' and 'Executive' fluently
Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
