Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth
Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements
Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals
Review and identify opportunities for the dealership to find value in Westlake Financial
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
1-2 years of experience in a sales role with proven success
Strong communication skills
Ability to influence decision-makers
Ability to understand and persuasively present Westlake's value through digital communications
Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers
Proficiency in CRM tools, phone management, and adaptability to new technology
Self-aware individual who will measure themselves for growth and improvement
Preferred
Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred
College degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
