Responsibilities

Provide the highest degree of customer service as the customer’s direct contact
Coordinate the flow of sales orders from entry through to production and final shipment to customer
Manage customer inquiries and quote generation, sales order administration, and coordinate with production
Ensure the customer is our number one priority and keep customers informed on inquiries, orders, and order status
Expedite internal FV & TM activities as necessary to meet customer expectations
Communicate unresolved customer problems to manager right away
Timely and thorough communications for retention of existing customers
Accurate and timely administration of RFQs, customer orders, and inquiries
Maintain FVI business systems and records to effectively serve customers
Timely maintain order entry system to facilitate product scheduling and material procurement through MRP
Assist Manager with the maintenance and administration of customer contract pricing
Coordinate all Trackmaster treadmill shipments regarding freight quoting, scheduling, documentation preparation, and post-shipment follow-up
Assist other departments as it relates to external customers
Follow and support all policies and procedures relating to Quality Management System including ISO 13485 MDSAP and ISO 9001 requirements
Provide administration and support to satisfy customer and Full Vision’s requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

2+ years of sales administration experience
Professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Strong Computer skills – business systems, Microsoft Office products

High school or GED
Passage of drug screen and Wonderlic test

Preferred

2+ Shipping Logistics experience with an emphasis on international shipments
Undergrad degree – desirable, not required
