Responsibilities

Communicate with audit vendor and internal stakeholders on items including past due payments, poor audit results, following for new Landlord’s Waivers, identification of duplicate flooring, etc
Conduct thorough reviews of intercompany transactions between TMCC and TFSB to ensure accurate accounting reconciliation and adherence to Regulation W compliance standards
Review and process daily reports and audit schedules. Ensure requested documents are provided in a timely manner and filed accordingly
Communicate with Regions regarding incoming and outgoing (wholesale acquisitions and defections) dealer business, including working with other lenders to ensure smooth handoff for impacted dealers
Collaborate with Field Sales team and call attention to higher risk/unusual situations. Build direct relationships with the dealerships in coordination with the Sales team. Must be able to clearly articulate the situation to management
Ensure accurate and timely processing of wire transfers in compliance with established policies and procedures
Inventory lines are updated and process incoming and outgoing wires as applicable for each dealer transaction
Work with Risk management in support of sold out of trust situations, heightened risks, or unusual situations to mitigate potential losses and escalate issues that warrant the Risk team’s involvement

Required

2+ years of commercial auto finance or banking experience required
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, business administration, or related fields or equivalent work experience
Ability to see connections, trends, and patterns that are not immediately obvious to others
Ability to understand, integrate, and implement workflow and analytic solutions and directives as they become available
Ability to have good follow through on requests for information/support with strong time management
Know when to escalate issues and can clearly explain situations and provide recommendations to management in a timely fashion
Process improvement, report creation, and ad-hoc projects that add value to the department and/or company
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining accuracy, focus, and composure under pressure

Preferred

Previous experience with DataScan systems such as Wholesale Intelligence (WI) and Audit Intelligence (AI) (On-Site)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite with a focus in Excel including experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, and Macros
