Responsibilities
Design, build, and support integrations across CRMs, form tools, email platforms, and internal systems
Apply AI-powered tools to improve intake workflows, data enrichment, document processing, classification, and routing
Support Salesforce customizations and integrations, including work with Apex and Lightning Web Components
Create, maintain, and optimize reporting and dashboards using tools such as Salesforce reports and dashboards, Power BI, and related analytics platforms
Build, maintain, and optimize automation using tools such as Power Automate, n8n, and similar platforms
Troubleshoot, improve, and scale existing workflows and automations to ensure reliability and performance
Qualification
Required
Experience building automation with Power Automate
Hands-on experience with n8n
Experience integrating CRMs and business systems
Salesforce experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
Experience using AI tools in real operational workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote setting
Preferred
Prior experience working with Salesforce in complex environments
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make
Experience in fast-paced or operationally complex environments
