Responsibilities
Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D
Performs set up of processing equipment
Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators
Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products
Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel
Qualification
Required
Communication skills are crucial for working with other technicians as well as engineers
High level of Fine motor skill and attention to detail are required we have varied experimental tasks that require very small tolerances
Sample preparation
Etch tool operation
Thermal paste application
Silicon scribing and cleaving
SEM operation/Microscopy
Preferred
Ideal candidate has undergrad work with Materials Science or Chemistry
