Responsibilities

Serve as Chief of Staff for Sports Properties, owning a portfolio of division-wide priorities from definition through execution
Translate the President’s priorities into clear workplans, decision points, timelines, and measurable outcomes
Lead cross-functional initiatives such as growth strategy, operating model refinement, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement plans, and strategic planning cycles
Drive the rhythm of the business: leadership meetings, operating reviews, QBRs, KPI dashboards, and executive communications
Build and maintain performance reporting that surfaces insights, risks, and opportunities; ensure leaders have the information needed to make timely decisions
Track commitments and follow-through across leaders; remove blockers and escalate issues appropriately
Develop executive-level materials (slides, briefs, recommendations, meeting notes, narratives) that are concise, data-driven, and decision-oriented
Coordinate stakeholder alignment across senior leaders; ensure messaging is consistent and decisions are clearly communicated
Represent the President in working sessions as appropriate to advance initiatives and keep teams aligned
Lead sensitive or high-impact special projects on behalf of the President (e.g., partner escalations, strategic accounts, complex transitions, new business opportunities)
Conduct structured analysis—market, financial, operational, or organizational—to inform recommendations and tradeoffs

Qualification

Required

Progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent), strategic operations, business operations, or a related field
Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional executive communication skills—able to synthesize quickly and create clear, compelling narratives
Highly analytical with comfort using data to inform strategy and decisions; advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority; strong stakeholder management and judgment
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through

Preferred

Management consulting experience (MBB or similar) or corporate strategy background supporting executives
Experience in sports, media, sponsorship, partnerships, or rights-based businesses
Experience supporting an executive leadership team and running business operating cadence
