Responsibilities
Review and understand project plans and specification
Administrative duties relevant to the project
Financial tracking and project updates
Document control, preparation of contacts, RFI’s, submittals, change orders
Excellent Communication with team members, contractors and business unit stakeholders
The ability to perform site visits and identify product deficiencies and deviations from plans or specs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction or related field, or Business with 3-5 years of position-related experience is preferred
General knowledge of construction and the is required, commercial construction preferred
Ability to read and interpret design and engineering/architectural drawings
The ability to plan, solicit, negotiate and administer different types of contacts in accordance with established policies and procedures including legal and ethical aspects of procurement procedures, and the selection and evaluation of contactors
Excellent negotiation, communication and networking skills
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
Proficient in use of Procore
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam or Revit helpful
Strong organization skills
