Responsibilities
Analyze and deeply understand enterprise contracting and related business processes
Identify and define opportunities for AI-driven transformation
Partner with business stakeholders to define scope and align priorities
Write detailed technical features for AI solutions
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to plan, execute, and deliver solutions
Facilitate user acceptance testing and develop rollout plans and procedures
Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are followed
Present updates and outcomes to steering committees and project sponsors
Qualification
Required
Enterprise-scale product management experience – 10+ years defining scope, aligning stakeholders, and delivering complex products within large, matrixed organizations
Hands-on AI product development – 3+ years writing detailed technical features for AI-powered products, including experience with AI agents and modern AI stacks
Technical program management expertise – 5+ years driving execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring high-quality delivery across engineering and business teams
Business process transformation – Proven ability to deeply analyze complex workflows (such as contracting processes) and identify opportunities for AI-driven modernization
Proven product management experience at enterprise scale
Proven technical program management experience in large, matrixed environments
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions across multi-platform systems
Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology and business functions
Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment with competing priorities
Experience transforming business processes using agentic AI
