Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership: Own the overall timeline, milestones, dependencies, and critical path for all solution integration components
Technical Integration: Lead the design and development efforts for systems integration projects, ensuring all deliverables align with business and clinical objectives
Risk Management: Proactively identify technical constraints, issues, and risks related to interfacing and technical readiness
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Facilitate collaboration between project staff, internal IT resources, and third-party vendors. Lead vendor-hosted meetings, status updates, and executive readouts
Project Governance: Participate in technical requirements definition and analysis efforts to ensure a successful go-live execution

Required

2+ years of dedicated IT Project Management experience
Prior experience with Athena EMR implementations and integrations
Strong understanding of healthcare IT solutioning, specifically regarding interfacing, PACS systems, and MRI integrations
Exceptional ability to partner with diverse teams—ranging from operations and clinical leadership to highly technical engineering groups
Must be able to work a standard Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT schedule
While primarily remote, this role requires on-site support during critical Go-Live windows in June and August
