The role involves supporting Solution Consultants during the sales cycle by providing technical and functional expertise on Ivalua products, assisting with configurations, and ensuring customer needs are met.

Responsibilities

Support the business during sales cycle:

Support on configuration that makes the difference

Be creative, challenging and propose workarounds

Transform POC (Proof of Concept) to a winning exercise, from the strategy to the implementation

Support on Project’s scope definition

Provide quotation for non-standard feature

Ability to understand Functional requirements and translate it into the solution

Be the technical and functional expert of Ivalua solution

Collaborate with Industry Team / R&D to enrich the roadmap

Work with individual Solution Consultants to help them configure specific scenarios to meet use cases and requirements of specific customers

Required

4+ Years of experience in Ivalua implementation (Functional and Technical)

Experience with procurement processes

Ability to understand Functional requirement and translate it into the solution

Be creative, challenging and propose workaround

SQL, database management, workflow & ETL configuration experience. You will be required to demonstrate these skills during the interview process

Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with colleagues in different teams is essential

Limited travel may be necessary (~5%)

Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, OR Master's degree in relevant field with a minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience, OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
