Responsibilities
Serve as the go-to HR resource for employees and managers, fostering an inclusive culture, and addressing workplace concerns promptly and effectively
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement HR programs seamlessly, ensuring effective communication and anticipating challenges
Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance, conducting investigations, and collaborating with HR Business Partners and legal counsel as needed
Coach leaders through performance concerns, facilitate performance reviews, and ensure fair and equitable treatment across all levels
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while leveraging data and analytics to drive meaningful insights and strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + 3 years as an HR Manager. If no bachelor's degree, then 5 years in a relevant role
Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems; Ceridian experience is advantageous
Navigate ambiguity with ease, handling multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a knack for navigating ambiguous situations
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, fostering trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization
