Responsibilities

Leads PLM transformation activities by defining functional architecture and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
Manages multi‑stakeholder coordination across engineering, data, and program teams throughout the transformation lifecycle
Oversees data migration planning and execution, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across PLM systems
Collaborates with technical teams to guide solution design using Teamcenter or Windchill based on project objectives
Analyzes existing PLM processes and recommends improvements to enhance system usability, performance, and scalability
Supports cross‑functional teams by documenting functional requirements, process flows, and transformation‑related deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field

Candidate will have the capability to manage multi‑stakeholder environments and provide architectural leadership throughout transformation initiatives
