Responsibilities
Support the Compliance and Internal Audit teams with various projects
Support and document walkthroughs and testing of various MAR processes in coordination with the Finance department
Assist the Claims Regulatory Reporting Associates with reporting
Support the audit team monitoring project progress and status
Prepare for meetings with clients for the purpose of audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting
Partner with department representatives as necessary to identify required regulatory reports and deadlines
Develop Compliance Department slides, presentations, and content for the internal department SharePoint site
Qualification
Required
Organization skills to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate and network effectively in a team environment
Able to maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive projects
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
Keen attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
