Responsibilities
Diving deep into data, mapping processes and problems
Offering and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s)
Interacting with highly efficient managers, technology development teams, and front-line Associates, thinking broadly about solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges faced by one of the largest lighting companies
Actively Research and propose new technologies in the manufacturing processes
Digital Focus Factory Suite 3 – cell leader report, digital production plan, cycle time tracking
Improvements and Support of Digital Focus Factory Suite– vision systems, packout, traceability, efficiency dashboards, etc
Qualification
Required
Some College
Knowledge of programming concepts/programming language (some examples-python, C#, etc.)
A minimum GPA of 3.5
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem-solving capabilities
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Relevant internship or project experience
Experience leading teams or organizations
Preferred
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field
