Take inbound calls and providing support that strengthens connections between Spectrum and our residential customers
Provide customer support by phone
Troubleshoot internet and phone technical issues
Handle basic billing inquiries and payments
Manage tough feedback from clients and convey a strong understanding of Spectrum services
