Client Service Representative
Netsmart is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality support to their users. In this role, you will address routine support requests, follow established processes, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering excellent customer service.

Identify and make recommendations to improve support processes
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
The ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
Bilingual Spanish and English
Healthcare solution support experience
