Office and Accounting Support
Roman Electric Co., Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Office Support professional to assist their Accounting, HR, and office teams. This role supports Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and general office operations.

Responsibilities
Enter approved AP invoices into ERP system and ensure accuracy
Match invoices to purchase orders; work with Purchasing Manager
Review vendor statements, request missing invoices, and link digital copies
Assist with vendor portal payments
Mail/email customer invoices and statements; enter invoices into customer portals
Conduct collection calls/emails and update ERP notes
Review new customers and sites for accuracy
Process customer credit card payments
Answer incoming accounting calls
Run and submit certified payroll when required
Mail checks, invoices, and AR statements
Act as receptionist backup during PTO
Manage office supplies
Provide administrative support to Accounting, HR, and office staff
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office software
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
