Responsibilities
Develop and review Framework, RepBox, and CTM requirements and diagrams
Develop and review Framework and Missile Defense System Interface Control Documents (ICD)
Lead and facilitate technical discussions and collaboration activities with both internal and external stakeholders, including Prime Contractors and the Missile Defense elements
Actively participate in Framework, RepBox, and CTM Program Agile Increment Planning activities
Develop and review verification and validation plans for CTM development and coordination with the accrediting organization
Draft and review technical documents, briefings, white papers, etc
Play a role in the overall functional strategic planning of Framework, RepBox, and CTM Systems Engineering (SE) processes within the organization
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
MA/MS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a BA/BS degree and 20+ years of relevant experience
Experience in model and simulation (M&S) development
Experience in Agile and Lean software development principles
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts and applications
Experience in software containerization development concepts and applications
Experience in model and simulation requirements development
Experience in model and simulation verification and validation
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance
Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time
Preferred
Experience in Radio Frequency (RF) and Infrared (IR) signature models
Experience with environmental models, environmental states, and effects
Experience with missile defense system (MDS) and/or threat system simulation and model testing processes
Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience with DoD and/or MDA acquisition and systems engineering
