Customer Service Manager (Route & Account Management) Hayward, CA
Canteen North America is a company that combines food, service, and experience to enhance workplace environments. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for developing sales plans, improving customer retention, and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards while directly interacting with clients.

Responsibilities
Develops an account level incremental sales plan with local Company management; track performance and increase profitability (Owners Business Plan)
Coordinates efforts to improve the customer retention and client experience at the point of sale
Builds retail pricing opportunities and encourage repeat sales (Best Practices), and introduce new products to increase revenue
Drives compliance to merchandising standards
Assesses performance by location through audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations)
Is customer facing + performs route supervision
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills required
Must be able to travel to client sites locally
Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
Coffee / refreshment industry experience preferred
