ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

ARx, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational skills to manage various administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure organization and accessibility
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports as needed
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, policies, and reports
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate workflow and information sharing
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Support daily administrative tasks, such as document management or scheduling, while maintaining strict confidentiality
Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and equipment setup
Support onboarding activities for new staff (access setup, materials, scheduling)

Required

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred

Experience supporting leadership teams
Familiarity with other productivity tools or collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Associate's degree or higher in business administration or related field (optional)
